If you have your products in Excel, a CSV file, or an existing PDF, you can bring them into Catalogly and create a professional PDF catalog or online flipbook.
No store setup and no need to enter all your products again.
We'll usually have your account ready within one business day.
Start with the product data you already have
Most businesses already have their product information somewhere — usually in a spreadsheet, an export from another system, or an existing catalog.
You can use that as your starting point.
Import your products into Catalogly, choose a layout and decide which information you want to include. You can change the fonts, colors and other design details to match your brand.
When you're happy with it, download your catalog as a PDF or publish it as an online flipbook.
Import from Excel or CSV
If you keep your product information in Excel or another spreadsheet, there's no need to copy everything into Catalogly by hand.
Import your file and use the product information you already have — names, descriptions, prices, SKUs and other details.
If your file needs a little work before it can be imported, we can help with that too.
Already have a PDF catalog?
That's fine too.
You can import your existing PDF directly into Catalogly — each page comes in as-is, so you're not starting from a blank page. From there, you can add clickable products and other details on top of it.
We don't extract or re-enter the product data from your PDF automatically — the import brings in the pages themselves, not structured product information.
Design your catalog
Choose from more than 35 catalog layouts and adjust the design to suit your business.
Add your logo, choose your fonts and colors, and decide what product information should appear.
You can create a simple price list, a wholesale line sheet, a full product catalog, or something in between.
You don't have to get everything right the first time. Your catalogs stay in your account, so you can come back and make changes whenever you need to.
PDF or online flipbook — or both
Download a print-ready PDF when you need a file to email, print or send to customers.
You can also publish the same catalog as an interactive flipbook and share it with a link.
If you update the catalog later, you don't need to send everyone a new link. The existing flipbook link stays the same.

What if I use Shopify?
If you have a Shopify store, Catalogly can connect directly to it and keep your product information in sync.
If you don't use Shopify, that's not a problem. You can use Catalogly with imported product data instead.
The catalog design tools are the same. The main difference is how your product information gets into Catalogly and how it is updated.

Do I need an online store to use Catalogly?
Catalogly can be used without Shopify or another online store. You can start with product information from Excel, CSV or an existing PDF.
Do I have to enter all my products manually?
If your product information is in a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV), we'll help you import it directly. If you're starting from an existing PDF, we bring in the pages as they are — you can then add products and other details on top, rather than typing everything from scratch.
What can I create with Catalogly?
You can create PDF product catalogs, price lists, wholesale line sheets and interactive online flipbooks.
Can I change my catalog after I've created it?
Your catalog stays in your Catalogly account and you can edit it whenever you need to. Change prices, product information, layouts or design settings and then download an updated PDF or update your online flipbook.
What happens when my products or prices change?
Update the product information in Catalogly and create an updated version of your catalog. If you're sharing an online flipbook, its link stays the same.
Is this a different version of Catalogly?
You get the same catalog creation and design tools. The difference is simply where your product data comes from. Shopify users can sync their products directly. If you don't use Shopify, your products are imported instead.
